Also the two houses occupied by John Lawn and Edward Whitehead in Gracious Street. Also all my stock in trade and other personal estate to my wife Elizabeth Byron, my brother-in-law Edward Barr and my son Robert Byron, Upon Trust to pay the rents and dividends to my wife.
